Marketing and Proposal Manager

We are looking to hire a Marketing and Proposal Manager based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
Role Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the company’s marketing and proposal efforts across all divisions. This role is accountable for developing high-quality marketing materials, managing proposal development, and supporting business development initiatives that position the company to win new work. The Marketing and Proposal Manager partners closely with leadership and operations to ensure consistent branding, effective communication, and timely delivery of proposals and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Lead Marketing Content Development. Create and maintain marketing materials including project summaries, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and company overview packages that reflect brand standards.
- Own Proposal Development Process. Manage and coordinate proposal and RFQ/RFP responses to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission.
- Enhance Proposal Efficiency. Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, improve formatting, and maintain consistency across proposals.
- Support Business Development Initiatives. Partner with leadership to support pursuit strategies, client engagement efforts, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage Company Branding and Collateral. Maintain and continuously improve marketing assets including project photos, descriptions, and promotional materials across all divisions.
- Oversee CRM Management. Maintain and update the company-wide CRM to ensure accurate and accessible client and project information.
- Coordinate Events and Outreach. Plan and support business development events, employee events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage Digital Presence. Oversee website updates in coordination with external partners and manage social media platforms with a consistent content calendar.
- Analyze Market Trends. Evaluate market conditions, competitors, and client needs to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
- Collaborate Across Divisions. Work closely with multiple offices and teams to gather content, support pursuits, and ensure alignment in messaging.
- Perform Additional Duties as Assigned. Support broader marketing and business development initiatives as directed by leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, proposal management, or business development, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing and submitting successful proposals and RFQs/RFPs.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience supporting multiple offices or divisions preferred.
